  • We do not guarantee that products are available at all times.

3. Orders and Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or COD acceptance.
  • We accept UPI, cards, net banking via our secure online payment partner, and Cash on Delivery.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Free shipping is offered on orders above ₹499. Orders below ₹499 may attract a shipping fee.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by location.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective products.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • COD orders are refunded via bank transfer. Please share your bank details with our support team.

6. Use of Website

  • You must not use the website for any unlawful purpose.
  • You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
